1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ggc99.org ("ggc99," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ggc99 website located at https://ggc99.org, including all related sub-pages, features, games, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the ggc99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during use:

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ggc99, or a close relative of any such person.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as players.

ggc99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory verification cannot be provided, ggc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money features of the ggc99 Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Create only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify ggc99 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

ggc99 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and SMS-based one-time password (OTP) verification for new device logins. However, ggc99 does not guarantee absolute security and accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ggc99 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

ggc99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed by ggc99's payment partners and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• ggc99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must be in your own name.
• ggc99 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• ggc99 targets processing of approved withdrawals within 1–3 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.
• Withdrawals will be made to a payment method in your registered name that matches a previously used deposit method where possible.
• ggc99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account dashboard and are subject to change.

Currency and Conversion: All player accounts are denominated in MYR. ggc99 does not bear any liability for exchange rate losses incurred if you fund your account from a non-MYR source.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ggc99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met, at which point qualifying amounts are transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Specific multiplier requirements are stated in each Promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are set out in each Promotion's terms.
• ggc99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, or use of multiple accounts will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Only one active bonus may be claimed per Promotion period unless otherwise stated. Players who initiate a withdrawal while a bonus is active may forfeit any remaining bonus balance.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ggc99 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed in the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

• RNG Games: All slot machines and RNG-based table games on ggc99 use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information section of each title.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by trained dealers. Results are determined by physical outcomes and are final once the dealing round concludes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, ggc99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund wagers placed in that round. ggc99's determination in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: ggc99 is not responsible for bets lost due to a player's internet disconnection. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the game server result stands regardless of whether the player received confirmation.
• Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets are governed by ggc99's Sportsbook Rules, which are available in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Settled odds are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with games, place bets, or perform any other function on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in games or odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in any live or multiplayer game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been used in wagering activity.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another person's account for any purpose.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable loss thresholds over defined periods.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggc99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of ggc99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content without the prior written consent of ggc99. This includes screen-capturing, recording, streaming, or publishing game outcomes or dealer footage without authorisation.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The ggc99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ggc99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ggc99 does not guarantee that any game outcome will meet your expectations or result in winnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggc99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits;
• Data loss or corruption;
• Failure or delay of payment processing;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ggc99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• ggc99 reasonably suspects breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses or promotions;
• A player has not verified their identity within the time period specified by ggc99;
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement instructions require account action;
• A player requests self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach, ggc99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, verifiable balances net of any voided bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ggc99 support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the ggc99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of online gaming law as recognised in major regulated jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ggc99, you agree to first contact ggc99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ggc99 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels, ggc99 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service. ggc99's determination on matters involving game outcomes, technical issues, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described herein.

13 Amendments to Terms

ggc99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, ggc99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
